don't ask questions. you'll see the rest of this beautiful picture at a later date. mmkay?

hello children.

as usual, i've been treating this glorious blog like a weathered groupie vagina, the morning after after a Trey Songz video shoot. my apologies. life happened. the week has been interesting. actually, the past two weeks have been interesting. and i've much to recap on.

but not today.

right now, i just finished a beautiful workout. i've committed to working out 5 of 7 days this week. 3 days down. today i'm doubling up. had a great cardio workout with the help of Power 90 (check it out HERE), which i downloaded of course. the full series has three levels: Power 90, Power 90 Master Series, and P90x, which is as intense and sinful as a For the Love of Ray J wrap party gangbag. but i love it. each set focuses on different activities: upper body, cardio, core, body scuplting, yoga, chest/shoulders, and so on. there's ab workouts too. between the treadmill, the NYC Ballet Workout 2 DVD, and this collection of videos, i should never get bored with my workouts.

the roommate situation has proven to be, again, interesting. it will be a test of strength. i'll go into why later, but this is quite temporary. and i'm completely fine with that.

now, off to wash the funk off and meet my cousin Damaris for the first time. no, forreal this time. this meeting is especially pressing since she just returned from Virginia with a dozen crack-laced, uber-addictive empanadas baked with love by the best abuela on erff. and i don't want to have to slice a relative for eating MY comfort food. and Grandma laughed heartily the last time i even alluded to acquiring the recipe. so...yeah.

i have three letters on the way. refer back to my "Adventures in Restaurantland..." series for a refresher, HERE. it's gonna be good. so...stay tuned.

okay. i smell like homeless sex. good day! hmph!
